Trichloroisocyanuric Acid Product Overview

Trichloroisocyanuric acid (C3Cl3N3O3) is a white crystalline solid with a chlorine odor and about 90% available chlorine. In water, it slowly releases hypochlorous acid and cyanuric acid, which stabilizes chlorine against sunlight.

In addition, pool operators use 200 g tablets in feeders and floaters for continuous chlorination, and granules for shock treatment. Similarly, water treatment users use it for drinking and wastewater disinfection, agriculture and aquaculture use it for hygiene, and cleaning product producers use it in disinfectant tablets.

Notably, related disinfectants in our range include Calcium Hypochlorite and HEDP (Etidronic Acid).
