Standardized Marjoram Extract (Origanum majorana leaf) supplied wholesale by Zyntex. Natural seasoning and antioxidant for meat products, soups and sauces, and botanical ingredient for cosmetics and herbal preparations. CoA and SDS.
Marjoram extract comes from the leaves of sweet marjoram, Origanum majorana, a close relative of oregano. It is a fine greenish-brown powder that contains phenolic compounds such as rosmarinic acid and flavonoids, as well as aroma compounds, and grades remain standardized to defined levels of these constituents.
In addition, food producers use it as a natural seasoning in sausages, soups and sauces, and as a natural antioxidant that slows rancidity in meat and fat-containing products. Similarly, cosmetic formulators use it in skin care, and producers of herbal preparations and nutritional products use it under the regulations of each market.
Furthermore, other botanical extracts in our range include Ginger Extract, Turmeric Extract and Basil Oil.

🍖 Meat Products
