Description
Celestite Product Overview
Celestite is a natural strontium sulfate mineral, supplied as a concentrate typically containing 90–96% SrSO4. Türkiye is one of the world’s leading celestite producers.
In addition, strontium chemical producers convert it into strontium carbonate and nitrate for ferrite magnets, ceramic glazes, glass and pyrotechnics. Similarly, ceramic and glaze producers use ground celestite directly, oilfield service companies use it as a weighting agent, and paint producers use it as a filler.
Notably, related minerals in our range include Barite (Natural Barium Sulfate), Strontium Titanate and Clinoptilolite Zeolite.
