Nicotinamide (niacinamide, vitamin B3, CAS 98-92-0), 99–101%, supplied wholesale by Zyntex. Non-flushing vitamin B3 for cosmetic serums, food fortification, multivitamins and feed premixes. CoA and SDS with every lot.
Nicotinamide (C6H6N2O) is a white crystalline powder that dissolves very easily in water. It is the amide of Nicotinic acid and, unlike nicotinic acid, does not cause skin flushing, which makes it the preferred vitamin B3 form in many products.
In addition, cosmetic formulators use niacinamide widely in serums, creams and toners, where it supports the skin barrier and an even complexion. Similarly, food producers use it to fortify flour, cereals and beverages, pharmaceutical companies use it in multivitamin tablets and injections, and feed producers add it to premixes for poultry and pigs.
In addition, it is the precursor of Nicotinamide Mononucleotide in the body. Other B vitamins in our range also include Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) and Riboflavin Vitamin B2.
