Pharmaceutical-grade Zoledronic Acid monohydrate (CAS 118072-93-8), 98–102%, endotoxin-controlled, supplied wholesale by Zyntex to licensed producers. Potent bisphosphonate API for 4 mg and 5 mg intravenous infusions. CoA and SDS.
Zoledronic acid (C5H10N2O7P2) is a white crystalline powder, usually supplied as the monohydrate with a water content of about 6.2–7.2%; the anhydrous form has CAS 118072-92-7. It also contains an imidazole ring, which makes it one of the most potent bisphosphonates.
In addition, pharmaceutical companies use it in concentrates and ready-to-use solutions for intravenous infusion, typically 4 mg for oncology-related bone indications and 5 mg once yearly for osteoporosis. Unlike Teriparatide, which builds bone, it slows bone resorption. Similarly, related bone APIs in our range include Calcitriol.
Because it is infused, the API must meet strict limits for bacterial endotoxins and impurities. Zyntex therefore supplies it only to licensed pharmaceutical companies with sterile production capabilities.
Typical uses include, for example:
💉 Infusion Concentrates
API for 4 mg concentrates.
🦴 Osteoporosis Products
API for 5 mg once-yearly infusions.
🏥 Oncology Support
API for bone-related oncology products.
