High-purity Indium(III) Oxide (In2O3, CAS 1312-43-2), 99.99–99.999%, supplied wholesale by Zyntex. Raw material for ITO sputtering targets, transparent electrodes, gas sensors and research. CoA and SDS with every lot.
Indium(III) oxide (In2O3) is a light yellow powder that is insoluble in water and dissolves in hot acids. It is a wide-band-gap semiconductor that becomes highly conductive when doped.
In addition, target producers mix high-purity indium oxide with tin oxide to make indium tin oxide (ITO) sputtering targets, the standard material for transparent electrodes in displays, touch screens and solar cells. Similarly, sensor producers use it in gas sensors, and researchers use it in transparent electronics and catalysis.
Because display applications need very low metal impurities, purities of 99.99–99.999% matter. Related materials in our range also include İndium Metal, Gallium(III) oxide and Zinc oxide.
Typical uses include, for example:
📱 ITO Targets
Raw material for indium tin oxide.
☀️ Transparent Electrodes
Material for displays as well as solar cells.
🌡️ Gas Sensors
Sensitive layer in gas detection.
🔬 Research
Transparent electronics as well as catalysis.

What is ITO?
Indium tin oxide is a mixture of indium oxide and tin oxide that conducts electricity while remaining transparent.
Which purity do you supply?
99.99% and 99.999% grades are available, as display as well as sputtering applications require.
How can I get a price and documents?
Prices depend on quantity, packaging and destination, so please contact us with your required volume. We then send a quotation together with the CoA and SDS.
