Ethyl Ferulate Product Overview
Ethyl ferulate (C12H14O4) is a white to off-white crystalline powder that dissolves in ethanol and fixed oils, whereas it is insoluble in water. Esterification makes it more lipophilic than Ferulic Acid, so it blends easily into oil phases.
